I'm still looking for new banners and best of the best images. Once again I have heard from pros in the industry that the work they are seeing on this site is some of the best they have ever seen from a college.

the-area.com will be looking for votes on who you believe deserves the title of Max Master. This is a world wide competition and the people that you can vote for have to be nominated. Yours truly, Paul Neale has been nominated this year. When the voting starts up in May at http://the-area.com from please drop in and vote for your favorite Max Master.

Happy New Year
2008

Welcome to winter 2008. This semester will see some new courses added to the already fantastic programs thanks to the efforts of Terry Posthumus. More changes and additions to this web site and the forum should also take place as I get time to work on the layout and content.

In the last month of 2007 you will all be glad to hear that Terry and I were contacted by no less then four top Companies showing great interest in the quality of the students that Humber 3D courses are producing. What this means to the students enrolled and those that are considering Humber College is a greater possiblity of jobs once you have graduated.

Corrected a bug in the best of the best pages that was stopping more then 19 thumbnails from being displayed at once. Please let me know if you find any other problems on those pages by emailing me here.

More colour changes to the forum buttons to bring it up par. Humber gold has been added to make all them pop out a bit more. Let me know what you think.

New images have been added to the best of the best pages.

An evening with Autodesk...

During the past eight years, 3December® has become a tradition. On, or around, December 3rd artists using Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya and Autodesk MotionBuilder joined together -- either in person or online -- to celebrate 3D and the art they create. Now, in 2007, with 3December in its ninth year, what better way to again unite your community and welcome MudBox users too!
